Memorial service for former Chattanooga resident, Billy Roy Kinder, II age 26 of Paris, Kentucky will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at the Chattanooga Civic Center in Chattanooga, Oklahoma with the Rev. Shelley Forrester, M.Div. and Don Armes officiating. Billy Roy Kinder, II died Thursday April 5, 2018 at his home in Paris, KY.
He was born September 8, 1991 in Lawton, OK, to Ralph Edward Kinder and Lissa McCandless Pace Kinder. He was a member of the Episcopal Churches of Lincoln, NM. Billy Roy was a horseman and was instrumental in the breeding and raising of Runaway, Miss Momentum and Jordan's Henny which were all stakes winners. He worked on the family farm, Alliance Bloodstock Agency, Paris, KY.
In addition to his parents he is also survived by one brother, Baron Edward Kinder; one sister, Kathryn Grace Kinder; paternal grandmother, Mattie Kinder; maternal grandmother, Doyleen (Robert) Pace and maternal grandfather, Eddie (Becky) McCandless (Mr. McCandless died just one day after Billy's passing) and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Bill Roy Kinder.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to the Keeneland Chaplaincy, 4201 Versailles Rd., Lexington, KY 40510, in memory of Billy Roy Kinder, II.
