Candido A. Rodriguez was born on October 1, 1949 in Sinton, Texas to Candido Gomez Rodriguez and Aurora M. Arizmemdez Rodriguez. He attended Roosevelt Public School. He was united in marriage to Alene Rodriguez in Frederick, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death. Candido had worked for Henniges Automotive for 20 years.

He is survived by two brothers, Johnny Rodriguez and his wife Phyllis of Frederick and Joe Rodriguez of Frederick; one sister, Maria Beavers of Houston, Mississippi; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded by his parents; his wife; and one brother in infancy.
