Funeral service for Carol Jean Teague, age 69, of Frederick will be at 2:30 p.m., Thursday, January 4, 2018 at the First Assembly of God Church, 1200 S. 14th, Frederick, Oklahoma with Rev. Dan Coffin officiating. Burial will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home. Mrs. Teague passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2017 at her home in Frederick.

Carol Jean Teague was born on April 24, 1948 to Reuben Carroll and Velma Christine (Maines) Kelley. She attended Frederick Public Schools. On April 20, 1964, she was united to Arthur B. Teague in Vernon, Texas. He preceded her in death on February 7, 2017. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Frederick.

She is survived by sons, Cary Teague and his wife Angela of Tipton and Michael Teague and his wife Jennifer of Frederick; daughters, Carla Smith and her husband James of Tipton and Tina Pufall and her husband Greg of Lawton; brothers, Jimmy Kelley of Electra, Texas and Danny Kelley and his wife Jessie of Granbury, Texas; sisters, Barbara Cryer of Electra, Texas, Connie Keyser and her husband Bobby of Davidson, Rhonda Hicks of Frederick, Brenda Jeffcoat and her husband David of Frederick, Darce Rojas and her husband Rudolph of Wichita Falls, Texas and Tracy Perez and her husband Tony of Frederick; fourteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three brothers, Ronny, Ricky & Jerry; and two sisters, Glenda and Shirley.
