Charley Fay Smith

Funeral service for Charley Fay Smith, infant daughter of Alisha Smith and Anselmo Sanchez, Jr. will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 17, 2017 at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Josh Peaslee officiating.  Burial will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery. Charley passed away at birth on August 11, 2017 in a Lawton hospital.

She is survived by her mother, Alisha Rhnea Smith of the home; her father Anselmo Sanchez, Jr. of Wellington, Texas; brothers & sisters, Cyerra & Keon Wade, Heydien Hunter, Jeremy Reyna, Julissa Sanchez and Corbyn Melton; maternal grandmother, Susan Smith of Tipton, paternal grandmother, Maria Sanchez of Wellington, Texas; maternal great-grandparents, Leta & Ed Jezisek; and a host of aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Randy Smith; Paternal grandfather, Anselmo Sanchez, Sr.; Maternal great-grandparents, great-grandparents, Jack Wilson, Jim & Mary Smith; Gilbert and Teresa Luna and Juan and Josephina Sanchez.
