Graveside service for former Grandfield resident Cortez Richard "Will" Williams, Jr. age 69, of Port Byron, New York will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 24, 2016, at the Grandfield Cemetery with Lavon Lewis officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick. Mr. Williams passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016, in Port Byron, New York.

Cortez Richard Williams, Jr. was born March 30, 1947, in Waverly, New York to Cortez Richard and Catherine Leona (Doan) Williams. On October 15, 1983, he and Judith Ann Foster were united in marriage in San Diego, California. Mrs. Williams preceded him in death on August 30, 2013.

He is survived by two sons, Cortez Richard Williams, III and his wife Nancy of Port Byron, New York and Martin Edward Williams and his wife Amber of Newport, New Hampshire; and six grandchildren, Kirsten Williams, Cortez Richard Williams, IV, Torrence Williams, Arianna Williams, Cameron Williams and Judith Williams
