Celebration of Life for Danny Earl McClure age 61, of Tipton, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 9, 2020, at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel, 921 W. Gladstone Avenue, Frederick, Oklahoma with Rev. Les Banks officiating.  Mr. McClure passed away Friday, September 25, 2020, at his home in Tipton.

Danny Earl "Dan" McClure was born August 8, 1959, in Lawton, Oklahoma.  The son of Robert Dale and Anna Jo (Burks) McClure.  Danny attended Davidson Public School, graduating from Davidson High School in 1977.  He later attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman.  He returned to Davidson where he farmed his entire life.  On February 22, 2010, he and April (Zmeico) Spencer were united in marriage in Los Lunas, New Mexico.

Farming was the love of Danny's life.  He enjoyed gold prospecting and was an avid collector of marbles and artifacts.  Dan was quite the negotiator, what best described him was – "The Art of the Deal".

He is survived by his wife, April McClure of the home; one sister, Martha Dolezal of Edmond, Oklahoma; one sister-in-law, June Vigil and her husband Tony of Albuquerque, New Mexico; one brother-in-law, Glenn Zmeico and his wife Gabby of Las Vegas, Nevada;  four nephews, Sam Dolezal, Jacob Dolezal, Adam Vigil and Chris Vigil; one niece, Crystal Andrews; and other family members and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rob and Anna McClure; one stepson, Anthony Allan Spencer; and a host of aunts and uncles.
