Celebration of Life for Dee Stoll-Green, age 81, of Stillwater, Oklahoma will be at 1:30 P.M., Friday, November 15, 2024, at the First Baptist Church, 625 Santa Fe Road, Davenport, Oklahoma, with Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating. Services on Saturday, November 16, 2024, will be at 1:00 P.M., in the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel, 921 West Gladstone Avenue, Frederick, Oklahoma. Burial will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery with services under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home. Dee passed away Monday, November 11, 2024, at the OSU Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Ella Delores "Dee" (Goodknight) Stoll-Green was born on September 13, 1943, in Wichita Falls, Texas to Arthur Melvin and Frances JoElla (McManus) Goodknight. She attended Chattanooga Public Schools, graduating from Chattanooga High School, with the Class of 1961. She later attended Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma. On June 1, 1963, she was united in marriage Jerry Max Stoll in Lawton, Oklahoma. Mr. Stoll preceded her in death on July 31, 2005. She later married Michael Henry Green on August 21, 2009, in the Holy City in the Wichita Mountains, near Lawton, Oklahoma. Mr. Green preceded her on May 10, 2018. Dee was an exceptional Home Interior Decorator and had previously worked for a Credit Union. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Davenport, Oklahoma.
She is survived by one son Jerry Max Stoll and his wife Tammie of Stillwater, Oklahoma; one daughter, Jayne Ann Taylor and her husband Steve of Stillwater, Oklahoma; one brother, Michael Goodknight and his wife Stephanie of Fredericksburg, Texas; five grandchildren, Jeff Brown, Jay Brown and his wife Kristy, Erin Carter and her husband Justin, Steven Stoll, and Alyssa Taylor; four great-grandchildren, Ty Brown, Lia Brown, Sidalee Mitchell, and Michael Carter; and many extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Frances Goodknight; her first husband, Jerry Max Stoll; her second husband, Michael Henry Green; one brother, Melvin Goodknight; one sister, Infant Girl Goodknight; her daughter-in-law, Paula Stoll; and a great-granddaughter, Adeyln Brown.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Stoll Foundation for Special Need Adults, in memory of Dee (Goodknight) Stoll-Green.
