Celebration of Life for Denise Ann Teague age 57, of Frederick, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 6, 2022, at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Roy Newman officiating.  Inurnment will be in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick.  Denise passed away on Friday, April 29, 2022, at the Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton.

Denise Ann (Roden) Teague was born December 18, 1964, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Douglas Dean and Barbara Marie (Morrow) Roden.  She attended Frederick Public Schools, graduating from Frederick High School in 1983. On August 13, 1989, she and Eric Jay Teague were united in marriage in Vernon, Texas.  Denise worked at Winlen Oaks Living Center in Frederick as Social Service Activity Director and later in Medical Records at the Memorial Hospital in Frederick.  She enjoyed reading, gardening, and painting by Diamond Dotz.

She is survived by her husband, Eric Jay Teague of Frederick, Oklahoma; her mother, Barbara Roden of Frederick, Oklahoma; her children, Heather Teague of Lawton, Oklahoma, Aaron Teague of Frederick, Oklahoma, Ryan Teague of Frederick, Oklahoma, and Macy Teague of Lawton, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Carlie McClard of Lawton, Oklahoma and Isabella Aguilar of Lawton, Oklahoma;  one sister, Brenda Reichert and her husband Kelly of Frederick, Oklahoma; one brother, John Paul Roden and his wife Laurie of Frederick, Oklahoma; two nieces, Shianne Gabriele and her husband Matthew of Frederick, Oklahoma, and Tiffany Hartbarger and her husband J.J. of Hollister, Oklahoma; her mother-in-law, Mary Teague of Frederick, Oklahoma; two sisters-in-law, Kim Frost of Borger, Texas, and Kandi Teague of Frederick, Oklahoma; and several great-nieces and nephew, and a host of cousins and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Doug Roden; one son, Eric Nicholas Teague; her father-in-law, Charlie Teague; and one brother-in-law, Chris Teague.
