Requiem Mass for Duane Keith Phillip, age 63, of Frederick, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 22, 2019, at St. Helen Catholic Church in Frederick. Burial will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick. Mr. Phillips passed away on Monday, November 18, 2019, at his home in Frederick.

Duane Keith Phillips was born on April 18, 1956 in Farmington, New Mexico to Damon Dan and Betty Joyce (Kelly) Phillips. He graduated from high school at Bradwell American School in Great Yarmouth, England in 1974. Duane was united in marriage to Ellen Elizabeth Schrick on July 12, 1975, at St. Helen Catholic Church in Frederick. He owned and operated Phillips Diesel Clinic in Frederick for many years. He later did inspection services in the oil and gas industry. Duane loved the outdoors. He enjoyed taking his kids and all their friends camping, hunting and fishing. He never met a stranger and always had a story to share. He was always willing to help anyone. Duane's family was his pride and joy! He was a member of the St. Helen Catholic Church.

Duane is survived by his wife Ellen of the home; his parents, Damon and Betty Phillips of Duncan, Oklahoma; his mother-in-law, Wiletta Schrick of Frederick, Oklahoma; four sons, Brandon Phillips and his wife Emily of Duncan, Oklahoma, Heath Phillips and his wife Megan of Richmond, Texas, Shaun Phillips and his wife Stephanie of Tipton, Oklahoma and Weston Phillips and his wife Caitlin of Oologah, Oklahoma; one brother, Doug Phillips and his wife Debi of Duncan, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren, Clay, Casey and Isaiah Phillips, Harper and Hazel Phillips, Kennedi Phillips, and Laney, Riley and Braden Phillips; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family member and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Phillips; and his father-in-law, Kenneth Schrick.

A rosary will be held on Thursday evening, November 21, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at Jackson Funeral Home Chapel in Frederick.

Memorial contribution may be given to St. Helen Catholic Church, or to the charity of the donor's choice in memory of Duane Phillips.
