Celebration of Life for Elsie L. (Williams) Meadows, age 94, of Indiahoma, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 5, 2023, at the Indiahoma United Methodist Church with Chaplain Justin Evans with Traditions Health Hospice officiating.  Mrs. Meadows passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at the Brentwood Senior Living Center of Lawton.

Elsie L. Meadows was born on March 2, 1928, to Sylvester Allen Williams and Viola (Thompson) Williams. She attended school in Duncan, Oklahoma. She and Hubert Roy Meadows were united in marriage on June 30, 1969, in Wichita Falls, Texas. They later moved to Cache, Oklahoma. Elsie owned and operated Elsie's Beauty Shop in Cache for many years. She was a member of the Indiahoma United Methodist Church.

She is survived by one son, Roy Stephen Meadows, and wife Katrina of Newalla, Oklahoma; one daughter, Genia Hammond of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one brother, Bobby Williams of Duncan, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Brian and Paula Brinlee, Stephen and Misty Meadows, Shayla and Glen Adamson, Alisha Powell, and Morgan Hammons; eleven great-grandchildren; a special friend, Diane Boss; and her beloved dog, Princess.

Elsie was preceded in death by her parents, Sylvester and Viola Williams; her husband, Hubert Roy Meadows; one daughter, Carolyn Landers; one son, Jimmy Charles Rowland; two brothers; and three sisters.
