Graveside service for Haskell Willis Meek age 82, of Frederick, Oklahoma will be at 9:00 a.m., Monday, July 18, 2022, at the Mountain Park Cemetery.  Services are under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick.  Mr. Meek passed away Friday, July 15, 2022, at the Memorial Nursing Center in Frederick.

Haskell Willis Meek was born on January 16, 940, in Welch, Oklahoma to Haskell Basil and Jessie Lou (Wilson) Meek.  He attended Fort Cobb Public Schools, graduating from Fort Cobb High School in 1958.  On February 27, 1965, he and Dorothy Sue Perry were united in marriage at the Community Friends Church in Roosevelt.  Mr. Meek worked as an assembly lineman for Delta Faucet in Chickasha, Oklahoma for 18 years, retiring in 2006.  He was a member of the Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Oklahoma City.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy Meek of the home; two daughters, Lisa Proffitt and her husband Jerry of Wichita, Kansas, and Laura Mellinger of Derby, Kansas; and three grandchildren, Corbyn Mellinger and his wife Molly of Lincoln, Nebraska, Carson Roberts and his wife Lillyanne of Wichita, Kansas, and Nicole Mellinger of Wichita, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Haskell and Jessie Meek; and an infant brother, Royce Dean Meek.
