Funeral service for Ineta Sue "Susie" Perkins age 67, of Frederick will be at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at the First Assembly of God Church in Frederick with Rev. Richard Lauer and Pastor Jim Trask officiating. Burial will follow in the Davidson Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick. Mrs. Perkins passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016, at the Southwestern Medical Center in Lawton.

Ineta Sue "Susie" (Davis) Perkins was born October 5, 1949, in Frederick, Oklahoma to Doyle Euland "Casey" and Betty Joe (Hendrix) Davis. She attended Davidson Public Schools, graduating from Davidson High School in 1967. She and Willie Joe Perkins were united in marriage on September 11, 1967, in Vernon, Texas. Susie loved children and ran a Day Care Center in her home for many years. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Frederick.

She is survived by her husband, Willie Perkins of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Galen and Tammy Perkins of Maumelle, Arkansas; one daughter and son-in-law, Elaina and Scott Carpenter of Frederick, Oklahoma; four grandchildren who where her pride and joy, Colton, Savannah and Dakota Perkins of Maumelle, Arkansas and Gracie Carpenter of Frederick, Oklahoma; and two brothers, Ronnie and Roy Davis both of Frederick, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Joe Don Perkins; and two sisters, Geneva Haight and Rita Smith.
