Funeral Service for Janiece Raye Laseter, age 79, of Burkburnett, Texas will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel in Frederick with Rev. Les Banks officiating. Burial will follow at the Mountain Park Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home. Mrs. Laseter passed away Friday, January 10, 2020, at the Evergreen Healthcare Center in Burkburnett, Texas.

Janiece Raye Laseter was born February 24, 1940, in Fletcher, Oklahoma, to Ray and Jewel (Flowers) Harvey. She attended Laing School, graduating from Laing High School in 1958. In 1963, she married Frank Andrews in Gulf Port, Mississippi. She later married Billy Laseter on March 21, 1981, in Vernon, Texas. He preceded her in death on August 6, 2013. She was a licensed vocational nurse at Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus, Pioneer Manor Nursing Home in Frederick, Slidell Memorial Hospital in Slidell, Louisiana and Cleburne, Texas.

She is survived by two sons, Mark Andrews and his wife Linda of Lawton, Oklahoma, and Matthew Andrews and his wife Cheyenne of Burkburnett, Texas; one brother, Jerry Self and his wife Sharon of Lawton, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Adam Andrews, Ricky Andrews, Josh Andrews, and Mark Andrews, Jr.; and one great-grandchild, James Wyatt Andrews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Jewel Harvey; and her husband, Billy Laseter.
