Funeral service for Jerry Lee Wilson age 63, of Tipton, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 18, 2021, at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel in Frederick with Rev. Robert Wilson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Tipton Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick.  Mr. Wilson passed away, Thursday, June 10, 2021, at his home in Tipton.

Jerry Lee Wilson was born June 11, 1957, in Altus, Oklahoma to Lee Roy and Frankie Marie (Wilkerson) Wilson.  He attended Booker T. Washington east of Tipton, prior to transferring to Tipton Public Schools, where he graduated from Tipton High School in 1977. On April 28, 1979, he and Rose Marie Danna were united in marriage at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Tipton, Oklahoma.  To this union was born two children, Jacqueline Suzanne and Anthony Tyrone.  Jerry was employed by Henniges Automotive for over 34 years, retiring on June 14, 2019.  He was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church in Tipton.  Jerry enjoyed playing softball and was well known for umpiring all types of sports.  He was an avid Dallas Cowboy Football Fan.

He is survived by one son, Anthony Tyrone Wilson of Tipton, Oklahoma; three brothers, Robert Wilson and his wife Brenda of Tipton, Oklahoma, Johnny Lee Askew of Omaha, Nebraska, and Roy Lee Wilson of Lawton, Oklahoma; three sisters, Darlene Wilson of Tipton, Oklahoma, Valerie Bryant of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Rose Isham of Lawton, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, Brianna Nicole Smith, Trenton Marcel Smith, and Jacqueline Jade Wilson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee Roy and Frankie Wilson; one daughter, Jacqueline Suzanne Wilson; and two sisters, May Frances Lewis and Shirley Ann Wilson.
