Memorial Service for Jimmie Don Hunter, II age 40, of Lawton, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 10, 2021, at The Life Community Church, 4415 N.W. Cache Road, Suite B, Lawton with Pastor Michael Lovett officiating.  Jimmie passed away November 10, 2021, at the Mercy Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Jimmie Don Hunter, II was born March 15, 1981, in Frederick, Oklahoma to Jimmie Don and Charlotte Jeanette (Rogers) Hunter.  He attended Frederick Public Schools, graduating with the Class of 1999.  On September 28, 2017, he and Crystal Ann Pennington were united in marriage at Lexington, Oklahoma.  He preceded him in death October 8, 2021.  Jimmie was a lay minister with the Life Community Church in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Jimmie is survived by his two sons, Jace D. Hunter of Ponca City, Oklahoma and Heydien Hunter of Frederick, Oklahoma; two stepchildren, Shayne Thomas Pennington and Alyssa Marie Ann Pennington of Lawton, Oklahoma; mother and stepfather, Charlotte and Amos Sweeden of Frederick, Oklahoma; and one sister, Kabrina Hunter of Muskogee, Oklahoma; and a host of other family members and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife Crystal Pennington; his father, Jimmie Don Hunter; and his grandparents, Jimmie and Dolores Hunter.
