Funeral Service for Joe Garcia, age 62, of Frederick, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 13, 2020, at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel in Frederick. Burial will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home. Mr. Garcia passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2020, in Oklahoma City.

Joe Garcia was born October 11, 1957, in Frederick, Oklahoma to Dionicio and Mary Ann (Valverda) Garcia. He attended Frederick Public Schools. Joe farmed with Robert McCord for many years.

He is survived by his companion, Angie Rodriguez of the home; one son, Joe Garcia, Jr. and his wife Lessly of Frederick, Oklahoma; two daughters, Julie Esquivel of Altus, Oklahoma and Virginia Garcia of Frederick, Oklahoma; two brothers, Dionicio Garcia, Jr. of Lubbock, Texas and Frank Garcia of Dallas, Texas; four sisters, Janie Leyja of Frederick, Oklahoma, Kathy Garza and her husband Joe of Frederick, Oklahoma, Poline Rosa Arreguin of Altus, Oklahoma, Helen Abila of Dallas, Texas; and seven grandchildren, Jasper, Alexis, Matthew, Marissa, Madison, Dominick and Sophia.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and four brothers, Tony Ramirez, Pete Garcia, Blas Garcia and Felipe Garcia.

Rosary will be held Sunday, January 12, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel.
