Former Garland, Texas resident, Joseph Arnold "Joey" Lopez age 43, of Davidson, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022, at his home in Davidson.  Services will be held at a later date in Garland, Texas.

Joseph Arnold Lopez was born March 5, 1979, in Garland, Texas to Juan Arnulfo and Margaret (Maldonado) Lopez.  He attended Garland Independent School District.  He worked as an automotive mechanic for many years.  He was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Richardson, Texas.

He is survived by his mother, Margaret Lopez of the home; two sons, Parker Anthony Lopez of Dallas, Texas, and Jonathon Andrew Lopez of Dallas, Texas; one daughter, Kendall Avery Lopez of Plano, Texas; one brother, John Anthony Lopez of Davidson, Oklahoma; and host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Juan Lopez.
