Funeral service for Joyce White Diaz age 70, of Frederick will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 21, 2015, at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home. Mrs. Diaz passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at the Memorial Hospital & Physician Group. Joyce (White) Diaz was born December 16, 1944, in Frederick, Oklahoma to Lester Lee and Ida Marie (Anderson) White. She attended Frederick Public Schools. On August 30, 1965, she and Abuindio S. "Al" Diaz were united in marriage at Vernon, Texas. Joyce worked for Centra Leather Goods for many years. She later worked as manager of Jiffy's Convenience Store, Herbs Grocery, Safeway Grocery and Gibson Discount Store in Lawton. Her family was her pride and joy! She loved taking care of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Joyce enjoyed her angel fish aquariums, fishing, cooking, sewing and talking on the phone. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She is survived by her husband, Abuindio Diaz of the home; seven children, Julie Estrada Willis and her husband Steve of Frederick, OK, Alvin Diaz and his wife Connie of Tulsa, OK, Johnny Diaz and his wife Beverly of Frederick, OK, Dasaray Morales and her husband Jose, Stasha Perez, and Raul Al Perez, Jr. all of Lubbock, TX and Amber Diaz of Frederick, OK; one brother, Michael Lee White of Oklahoma City OK; four sisters, Beverly Lusher of Shawnee, OK, Shirley Dean Smith and her husband Bobby of Russellville, AL, Sharon Lynn Clayburn of Edmond, OK and Sandra Kay Talbott and her husband Brian of Choctaw, OK; sixteen Grandchildren and twelve Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Linda Marie and Lora Lynn Estrada; two sons, John and Johnny Diaz; and one brother, Larry Mack Stuckey.
