Justin Gutierrez age 41, of Frederick, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023, at the Comanche County Memorial Hospital in Lawton.  Services will be held at a later date.

Justin was born on June 16, 1981, in Altus, Oklahoma, to Joe and Mylinda (May) Gutierrez.  He attended Davidson Public School.  He was employed by Goodyear Tire and Rubber for several years prior to working for Henniges Automotive in Frederick as a forklift operator.  Justin was an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors.

He is survived by his wife, Heidi Gutierrez of the home; four children, Brittany Gutierrez and her husband Ethan Serna of Mangum, Oklahoma, Alexyis Gutierrez and her husband Marty Marshall of Frederick, Oklahoma, Anthony Gutierrez, and Kaden Gutierrez both of Frederick, Oklahoma; his mother, Melinda (May) Love of Frederick, Oklahoma; his father, Joe Gutierrez of Frederick, Oklahoma; one brother, Joseph Gutierrez and his wife Amber of Frederick, Oklahoma; two sisters, Amanda Gutierrez of Frederick, Oklahoma and Michelle Clark of Fort Worth, Texas; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charley and Corene May.
