Funeral Mass for Keith Edmund Wasinger, age 56, of Frederick will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 12, 2015 at St. Helen Catholic Church in Frederick with Rev. Fr. James A. Wickersham officiating. Burial will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home. Mr. Wasinger passed away on Monday, February 9, 2015 at his home in Frederick. Keith Edmund Wasinger was born on September 19, 1958 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Edmund John and Velma Marie (Lang) Wasinger. He attended Notre Dame Catholic School in Wichita Falls and graduated in 1977. He then attended Midwestern University before moving to Frederick in 1981. Keith was united in marriage to Martha Jane Lewis on April 13, 1985 in Frederick, Oklahoma. Keith was a machinist who owned and operated Ke-Fab Manufacturing in Frederick since 1981. Keith was a member of the St. Helen Catholic Church where he was serving on the Parish Board. He was an avid sportsman; enjoying hunting ducks and deer and playing golf. Keith spent many hours watching his girls play softball and helping in many ways. He loved the outdoors and being outside with his cattle. He is survived by his wife Martha of the home; his mother, Velma Wasinger of Frederick; two daughters, Amber Jane Wasinger and Emily Kay Wasinger both of Frederick; three brothers, Greg Wasinger and his wife Tracy of Iowa Park, Texas, David Wasinger and his wife Cary of McKinney, Texas and Stephen Wasinger and his wife Sherry of Athens, Texas; one sister, Julie McCurley and her husband Ryan of Roanoke, Texas; his mother-in law, Doris Lewis of Frederick; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Mary and Mike Hasenmyer of Grandfield, Margaret Linker and Randall & Sue Ann Lewis all of Frederick; as well as a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Wasinger; one son, Nicholas Keith Wasinger and his father-in-law, Marion Lewis. Jackson Funeral Home 580-335-7447
