Kenneth Ray Schrick was born on March 16, 1930 on the Schrick homestead north east of Frederick to August Henry and Rena Viola (Lynch) Schrick. He attended Frederick Public Schools. Kenneth was united in marriage to Wiletta June Doyle on August 30, 1950 at Hobart, Oklahoma. He farmed and ranched his entire life. He had also worked for Betsy Bra as a supervisor for the cutting room for many years. Later he was Supervisor of Maintenance and Housekeeping at the Tillman County Memorial Hospital. Kenneth coached his kids in sports during the years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing but above all else, he loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of the St. Helen's Catholic Church in Frederick. He survived by his wife, Wiletta Schrick of the home; three sons; Kenneth Allen Schrick and his wife Renee of Elk City, Christopher Lee Schrick and his companion Kathleen McClellan of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Jeffrey C. Schrick of Elgin; five daughters, LaDonna Marie Bradley and her husband Charles of Stillwater, Ellen Elizabeth Phillips and her husband Duane of Frederick, Dianna Lynn James and her husband Jerome of Burkburnett, Texas, Melissa Vivian Ash and her husband Vernon of Comanche and Angela June Davis and her husband Mike of Seneca, S.C.; four brothers, Frank Schrick and his wife Irma, of Frederick, Ed Schrick and his wife Marilyn of Frederick, Terry Schrick and his wife Mary of Waco, Nebraska and Mike Schrick and his wife Patsy of Oilton; two sisters, Anna Mae Caron of Fort Worth, Texas and Pat Edwards and her husband Tommy of Azle, Texas; twenty-four grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
