Funeral service for Leonard Neugebauer, age 70, of Chattanooga will be at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Jackson Funeral Home Chapel in Frederick with Clifford Dunham officiating. Burial will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home. Mr. Neugebauer passed away on May 27, 2015 at his home in Chattanooga. Harry Leonard Neugebauer was born on March 30, 1945 near Manitou, Oklahoma to Edward Carl Martin and Ina Mae (Pitts) Neugebauer. He attended Manitou Schools and graduated from Manitou High School in 1963. On September 9, 1963, he married Mary Ann Jones in Frederick. He worked for United Auto Parts in Oklahoma City then Borden Dairy, Lester Bryte Carpet Cleaning and Len's Carpet Service. Later he was united in marriage to Pamela Elaine Cheek on November 2, 1973 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on March 17, 2006. Leonard then moved to Frederick and was employed by Schlegel Oklahoma He found his enjoyment in horse trading or trading anything you could think of to trade. Leonard also had a good time spending his mornings with the Hop & Sack coffee crew. He had always been involved in agriculture and spent a lot of time farming and ranching. He is survived by his mother, Ina Mae Neugebauer of McKinney, Texas; two daughters, Deannie Jan Neugebauer of Oklahoma City and Tammy Booker and her husband John of Faxon; two sons, Mike Neugebauer and his wife Jeanne of Oklahoma City and Eddie Neugebauer and his fiancé Cassie Frazier of Chattanooga; seven grandchildren, Kim DeGiacomo and her husband Bryan, Derrick and Lindsey Wertz, Shelby and Dalton "Bubba" Booker, and Bryleigh and Brooklyn Neugebauer; two great-grandchildren, Jaron and Lane Cassell; one sister, Phyllis Boone and her husband Bill of McKinney, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father; and his wife Pam Neugebauer.
