Memorial service for former Frederick resident, Lisa Jean Waits, age 58, of Lawton, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 10, 2018 at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel in Frederick with Rev. Les Banks officiating. Inurnment will be in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home. Ms. Waits passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at her home in Lawton.

Lisa Jean Waits was born on October 9, 1959, in Frederick, Oklahoma to Raymond J. and Chyela L. (Crow) Waits, Jr. She attended Frederick Public Schools and graduated from Frederick High School. Lisa had been employed by the Tillman County Memorial Hospital, McFall Pharmacy and the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Frederick.

She is survived by one son, Joshua Kirk Tyler and his wife Jette of Lawton, Oklahoma; Jessica Chyela Tucker and her husband Chuck of Conroe, Texas; one sister Judy Wagner of Omaha, Nebraska; three grandchildren, Jozlynn, McKenna & Declan Tyler; and two nephews, Curtis and Scott Wagner; and a host of great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Jan Waits.
