Memorial service for Lori Lynn Ballard, age 54, of Frederick will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Jackson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Les Banks officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick. Ms. Ballard passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at a Lawton hospital.
Lori Lynn Ballard was born on February 14, 1963 in Frederick, Oklahoma to Doyle Clinton and Patsy June (Faulconer) Ballard. She attended Frederick Public Schools. Lori had worked as the Activity Director for Pioneer Nursing Home and Memorial Nursing Center for many years
She is survived by her parents, Doyle and Patsy Ballard of Frederick; one daughter, Brandy Clark and husband Quinton of Purcell, Oklahoma; one brother, Bill Ballard and wife Carol of Wichita Falls, Texas; one sister, Leesa Thompson and husband Robert of Frederick; two grandchildren, Brianna and Baley Clark; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
