Obituary

Funeral service for Lori Dee Tucker, age 52, of Frederick will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at the Indiahoma High School Auditorium with Rev. Les Banks and Rev. Gary Castleberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Post Oak Cemetery in Indiahoma. Ms. Tucker passed away on Friday morning, September 18, 2015 in a Lawton hospital. Lori Dee Tucker was born on June 17, 1963 in Lawton to Don Ray and Deanna Sue (Prince) Tucker. Lori attended school in Indiahoma and graduated from Indiahoma High School in 1981. She later attended Cameron University. While in school, she was active in 4-H and FFA where she showed cattle. Lori loved the outdoors and enjoyed hiking, exploring, treasure hunting, but especially glamour camping with the girls. They referred to it as "Glamping". She also received pleasure from gardening and landscaping as well as loving on her animals. She was a homemaker, devout Christian and a member of the Indiahoma Church of Christ. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Deanna and Albert "Skip" Voegeli of Indiahoma; one daughter, Shandi Riggins & husband Brett of Frederick; one son, Kyle Mahaffey and his fiance, Jessica Hatter of Elgin; two step-brothers, Eric Voegeli and wife Stacy of Salt Lake City, Utah and Michael Voegeli and wife Crystal of Orange, Texas; four step-sisters, Dawn Hart and husband Doug of Pensacola, Florida, Diane Beach and husband T.J. of Elmer, Rebecca Zinnante and husband David of San Antonio, Texas and Christi Dyer and husband E.J. of Norman; three grandchildren, Cy Riggins, Makayla Hearlson, Lillian Thrift and one on the way; special friends, Lesa Lafferty, Justine Lovelace and all her glamping buddies; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Hoyt and Daisy Tucker, Arthur and Nita Prince and Catherine "Sis" Voegeli; her father, Don Tucker; ons son, Steffon Mahaffey; one brother, Hoyt Tucker; a nephew, Brandon Beach; and aunt and uncle, Esther and Earl Webster.
