Funeral service for Manuel Rodriguez age 58, of Davidson, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 28, 2021, at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel in Frederick with Rev. Fr. Joseph David officiating. Burial will follow in the Davidson Cemetery.  Mr. Rodriguez passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021, at the Memorial Nursing Center in Frederick.

Manuel Rodriguez was born August 13, 1962, in Fort Collins, Colorado to Jesus and Angelita (Espinoza) Rodriguez.  He attended Davidson Public Schools, graduating from Davidson High School in 1981. On October 6, 1984, he and Gloria Rocha were united in marriage in Vernon, Texas.  He worked as a welder and worked as the service station manager for the Davidson Co-op for many years.  Manuel enjoyed working on vehicles, mowing grass, riding four-wheelers, grilling, and loved to dance with his grand-baby and taking bike rides with her.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Rodriguez of the home; his parents, Jessie and Angie Rodriguez; one daughter, Jessica Rodriguez of Wichita Falls, Texas; one son, Manuel Elijah Rodriguez and his girlfriend, Alexis Culbreth of Norman, Oklahoma; two sisters, Irene Alvarado and her husband Juan of Davidson, Oklahoma and Norma Mathews and her husband Mickey of Davidson, Oklahoma; six brothers, Jessie Rodriguez and his wife Bobbie Jo of Davidson, Oklahoma, Peter Rodriguez and his wife Karen of Davidson, Oklahoma, Luis Rodriguez and his wife Patricia of Moore, Oklahoma, Johnny Rodriguez and his wife Consuelo of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Steven Rodriguez and his wife Kelly of Lawton, Oklahoma, and Michael Rodriguez and his wife Cody of Blanchard, Oklahoma; two granddaughters, Ariyane Rogers and Ellie Rodriguez; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Geronimo Rodriguez; and one nephew, Luis Rodriguez, Jr.
