Memorial Service for former Frederick resident Mary Lee (Willis) Bennett age 66, of Dallas, Texas will be at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, July 9, 2016, at The Episcopal Church of Transfiguration, 14115 Hillcrest Road, Dallas, Texas 75254. Graveside Services will be held on, Monday, July 11, 2016, at 2:00 p.m., at the Frederick Memorial Cemetery. Inurnment will follow under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home, Frederick, Oklahoma. Mrs. Bennett passed away Saturday, July 2, 2016, in Dallas, Texas.

Mary Lee (Willis) Bennett was born January 29, 1950, in Frederick, Oklahoma to Henry Cole and Vera Mae (Whittle) Willis. She attended Frederick Public Schools, graduating from Frederick High School in 1968. Mary Lee was united in marriage to Bennie Watson. She later married Bernie Bennett who preceded her in death in 2000. She previously had worked for United Van Lines in San Antonio, Texas.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Greg Thompson of Dallas, Texas; one granddaughter Catherine Thompson of Dallas, Texas; one sister, Tammy Ziegler of Denton, Texas; one sister-in-law, Sandra Willis of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Vera Willis; one sister, Cynthia Humphreys; and two brothers, Jimmy Willis and Henry Cole Willis, Jr.
