Funeral service for former Frederick resident, Otis Lamont Seamster, age 42, of Wichita Falls, Texas will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 22, 2016 at Jackson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Floyd Stevenson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick.

Otis Lamont Seamster was born on January 22, 1974 to Ruby Jewel Seamster and Eugene Perry.  He attended Frederick Public Schools. He worked as a tire runner.

He is survived by his fiancé, Sonja Pope of the home; one son, Keymonne Seamster of Dallas, TX; four brother, Tracy Seamster and his wife Tiffany of Oklahoma City, OK,  Everette Shaw and his wife Corinna of Altus, OK,  Daniel Shaw and his wife Becky of Shawnee, OK and Akkeam Wingfield of San Antonio, TX; five sisters, Lisa Seamster of Oklahoma City, OK, Lateesha Shaw and her husband Terry of Lawton, OK, Sally McFail and her husband Travis of Wichita Falls, TX, Chrysta Koskei and her husband Francis of Oklahoma City, OK, and Lena Johnson and her husband Marcus of Garland, TX;  five aunts, Rosie Shaw of Dallas, TX, Mary Jo Young and her husband Raymond of Oklahoma City, OK, Melva Seamster, Janie Seamster and Treva Seamster all of Oklahoma City, OK; nine uncles, Clarence Perry of Wichita Falls, Tx, Marion Thomas of Ardmore, OK, A.C. Seamster of Hobart, OK, Quincy Seamster of Oklahoma City, OK, Bobby Seamster of Frederick, OK, Devirl Seamster and his wife Yolanda of Oklahoma City, OK, Eddie Seamster and his wife Betty of Frederick, Willie Seamster of Atoka, OK and Ricky Seamster and his wife Linda of Tipton, OK; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Jewel Seamster Ramos.
