Patsy June Ballard age 91, of Frederick, Oklahoma passed away Sunday evening, August 4, 2024, at her home. There will be no services at this time.

Patsy June (Faulconer) Ballard was born June 17, 1933, in Frederick, Oklahoma to Drude and Mable (Muller) Faulconer.  She attended Frederick Public Schools, graduating from Frederick High School with the Class of 1953.  On May 15, 1953, she and Doyle Clinton Ballard were united in marriage.

She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Doyle Ballard of the home; one son, Billy Wayne Ballard and his wife Carol of Wichita Falls, Texas; one daughter, Leesa Jan Thompson and her husband Robert of Frederick, Oklahoma; one sister, Sharon Walker of Hobbs, New Mexico; five grandchildren, Misty Houston and her husband Mike, Heather Douglas and her husband Jason, Valerie Farris and her husband Randel Barnard, Brandy Clark and her husband Quinton, and Lacie McDorman; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Drude Faulconer; her mother, Mable (Muller) Faulconer Goodnough; and one daughter, Lori Ballard.
