Private Family Graveside for Phillip Morrow Pecinosky, age 76, of Tipton will be held at 11:00 a.m. on July 7, 2015 at Fairlawn Cemetery in Elk City, Oklahoma. Mr. Pecinosky passed away at his home in Tipton, Oklahoma, on Sunday, June 21, 2015. He was born to Charles Edward and Juanita C. (Morrow) Pecinosky in Elk City, Oklahoma on October 28, 1938 After graduating from high school in 1956, he continued his education from Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He began his career working for the Oklahoma Department of Human Resources. After retiring, he returned to his family home in Tipton. He leaves behind a daughter, Desiree, and two sisters, Jeannie and Judy. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Charles. Jackson Funeral Home 923 W.
