Funeral service for Robert Douglas Garza, age 48, of Marion, Iowa will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 20, 2016 at Jackson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Simon Flores officiating. Burial will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home. Robert Douglas passed away in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on Tuesday, June 14, 2016.

Robert Douglas was born on October 19, 1967 to Manual and Maria (Martinez) Garza in Frederick, Oklahoma. He graduated from Frederick High School in 1987.   He was involved in Boy Scouts and FFA.  He was Baptist.

He was very outgoing and friendly.  He brought a smile to everyone; to his family and his many friends.

He is survived by his parents, Manual and Maria Garza of Frederick, Oklahoma; one brother Manual Garza, Jr. of Altus, Oklahoma; two sisters, Priscilla DelaCruz and Augustine of Dallas, Texas and Kristie Renfro and husband Jesse of Altus, Oklahoma; and significant other, Ray Wolfe of Marion, Iowa.
