Memorial service for Ronald Dale "Ronny" Fulbright age 69, of Frederick, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 22, 2017, at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Roberts officiating.  Inurnment will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home.  Mr. Fulbright passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at his home.

Ronald Dale Fulbright was born May 20, 1948, in LaJunta, Colorado to William Leonard and Anna Lee (Gover) Fulbright.  He attended Frederick Public Schools.  On September 2, 1967, he and Phyllis Jo Smith were united in marriage at Frederick, Oklahoma; to this union was born three daughters, Laura, Brandi and Lindy.  Phyllis preceded him in death on December 30, 2001.  He later married Billie Jean (Brace) Baldwin on January 8, 2005, in Frederick.  He was employed for many years by Schlegal Automotive as a machinist, retiring in 2011.  Ronny enjoyed Auto racing, riding his motorcycle with his friends, hunting, fishing and collecting model airplanes and knifes.

He is survived by his wife, Billie Fulbright of the home; six daughters, Laura Ball of Dumas, Texas, Brandi Livesay and her husband Garrett of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Lindy Wine and her husband Justin of Moore, Oklahoma, Lori Grimes and her husband Shannon of El Reno, Oklahoma, Lisa Fields and her husband Ron of Mansfield, Texas, and Lana Anderson of Frederick, Oklahoma;  two brothers, William Leonard "Sonny" Fulbright of Santee, California and David Fulbright of Frederick, Oklahoma;  twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Phyllis Fulbright; and one brother, Larry Fulbright.
