Graveside service for former Mountain Park resident, Ruby Dell Moeller age 94, of Edmond, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 28, 2020, at the Mountain Park Cemetery with Rev. Daryl Perry officiating.  Burial will follow under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick.  Mrs. Moeller passed away Monday, December 21, 2020, in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Ruby Dell (Westlake) Moeller was born August 5, 1926, in Nimrod, Arkansas to William Bryan and Fay Estelle (Scott) Westlake.  She attended and graduated from the Oklahoma School for the Deaf in Sulphur, Oklahoma.  On July 20, 1946, she and Harold Lee Moeller were united in marriage in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.  She was actively involved in the family farming operation with her husband until his death on December 23, 1995, and then she continued managing the farms for several years until her son John's death.  Ruby was accomplished in counted cross-stitch and had done numerous personalized portraits for her family.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Roy and Lee Ann Moeller of Edmond, Oklahoma; her daughter-in-law, Jana Moeller of Mountain Park, Oklahoma; her brother, Edwin Westlake of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; her sister, Margie DeArmond of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Leslie Graves and her husband Bill, Rusty Moeller and his wife Delaina, Breanna Emmons and her husband Heath, Johnna Mann and her husband Don, Micah Moeller and his wife Abby, and Matt Moeller and his wife Jennifer; fifteen great-grandchildren, Shelby McLaughlin, Sierrah Graves, Harli Sprague, Ryson Moeller, Trey Moeller, Bailee Moeller, Justus Moeller, Jake Emmons, Jax Emmons, Hannah Moeller, John Wayne Mann, Jaci Mann, Maelee Moeller, Evelyn Moeller, and Alexandra Moeller; four great-great-grandchildren, Breelynn Sullens, Aeden Sullens, RhaeLynn Moeller, and Cooper Anderson; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bryan and Fay Westlake; her husband, Harold Moeller, two sons, Alan Moeller and John Moeller; one grandson, Heath Moeller; and three brothers, Bryan Westlake, Jr., Robert Westlake, and Scott Westlake.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Oklahoma School for the Deaf Foundation, 1100 E. Oklahoma Avenue, Sulphur, Oklahoma 73086, in memory of Ruby Dell Moeller.

She may be viewed on Monday, December 28, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. until noon at the funeral home in Frederick.
