Word has been received of the death of Shirley Ann Bray, age 69, a long-time resident of Manitou, Oklahoma.  Ms. Bray passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2020, at the Southwestern Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma.  There will be a private memorial service at the Manitou Cemetery at a later date.

Shirley Ann Bray was born on November 30, 1950, to Conrad and Ima Jean (Frasier) Meeler.  She attended Seminole Public Schools, graduating from Seminole High School in Seminole, Texas.  She and Billy Bray was united in marriage on June 30, 1969, in Manitou, Oklahoma.  Shirley worked as a seamstress at several factories and later in life as a homemaker and caretaker.  She loved to sew, garden, and go antiquing.

She is survived by two sons, Billy Dale Bray and his wife Cherie of Nowata, Oklahoma and Gary Bray and his wife Brandi of Frederick, Oklahoma; and four grandchildren, Gregory Bray, Christopher Bray, Alyssa Bray, and Mikeala (Bray) Henderson and her husband Sam.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Billy Bray; one daughter, Melisa Ann Bray; and one brother, Benny Meeler.
