Memorial service for Teresa Ann "Terry" O'Neal, age 72, of Frederick, Oklahoma, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Jackson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Les Banks officiating.

Mrs. O'Neal passed away Monday, April 14, 2025, in Oklahoma City.

She was born April 4, 1953, in Vallejo, California, to Thaniel Gene Trammell and Ramona Olmstead. Terry moved to Arizona from California with her family and grew up in and lived in southeast Arizona most of her life. She was united in marriage to Patrick Ian O'Neal on March 12, 2010, in Safford, Arizona. She was a homemaker and loved being a housewife and mother.  Her family meant the world to her, especially her grandkids and great grandkids. She loved her animals. She enjoyed raising and training horses and was an avid barrel racer, which she did up until the time of her death. She loved her dogs with a passion. She was extremely creative and enjoyed arts and crafts. She made mugs, shirts, windchimes, and countless other things.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband: Patrick Ian "Pat" O'Neal; six children: Lori Calhoun and husband Robbie, of Frederick, Kenny Butler, of Tucson, Arizona, Shawn Butler, of Frederick, Boyce Butler, of Carlsbad, New Mexico, Erin Switzer and husband Benjamin, of Altus, Oklahoma, and Michele Campbell and husband Justin, of Carlsbad, New Mexico; three brothers: Tracy Newton and wife Cindy, of Stockton, California, William Trammell and wife Melissa, of Duncan, Arizona, and Bill Newton and wife Lori Ann, of Rockport, Texas; 11 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
