Funeral Service for Tommy Randal Whitmer, II, age 47, of Frederick, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 25, 2021, at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Les Banks officiating.  Burial will follow in the Chattanooga Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home of Frederick.  Mr. Whitmer passed away Friday, September 17, 2021, at the Baptist Integris Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Tommy Randal Whitmer, II was born on March 18, 1974, in Lawton, Oklahoma to Tommy Randal and Doris Jenet (White) Whitmer.  After his mother's death, he was raised by Sherria White and considered her his mom.  He attended Chattanooga Public Schools, graduating from Chattanooga High School in 1994. He later worked for Schlegel Automotive for several years.  Randal joined the United States Army National Guard and later served active duty from 1997 through 2000; he was deployed to Kuwait during Desert Storm.  Randal considered himself an entrepreneur.  He loved restoring old houses.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spoiling his nieces and nephews.  Randal was a member of the First Baptist Church in Frederick.

He is survived by three brothers, Jachin Timms of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Lee White of Frederick, Oklahoma, Justin Calhoun and his wife Bryanna of Hollister, Oklahoma; two sisters, Tammie McBride and her husband James of Wills Point, Texas, Renee Edwards and her husband Tommy of Tuttle, Oklahoma; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris White and his mom, Sherria White.

The family will receive friends and family on Friday evening, September 24, 2021, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel in Frederick.
