Word has been received of the death of Victor Mark Thomas age 54, of Frederick, Oklahoma who passed away Saturday morning, March 25, 2017, in Lawton, Oklahoma. A private family graveside will be held at a later date in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery, under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home.

Victor Mark Thomas was born April 6, 1962, in Frederick, Oklahoma to Frances David and Betty Ruth (Younger) Thomas. He was born totally handicapped since birth with cerebral palsy. His mother took care of him in her home for over thirty-five years, before she had to place him in a group home in Lawton. He was a very special beloved child of F.D. and Betty Thomas.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Thomas of Frederick, Oklahoma; one brother and sister-in-law, Tommy Dee and Karen Thomas of Frederick, Oklahoma; one sister, Judy Thomas Rowley of Enid, Oklahoma; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, F.D. Thomas.
